Compassionate Power Ltd
Last updated: November 2025

The information and services provided by Jessica O’Kelly through Compassionate Power Ltd are designed to support wellbeing, confidence, and performance in sport and life.

While my work draws on psychological principles and training, it is not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.

If you or your child are currently under the care of a healthcare provider, it’s important that our work complements, rather than replaces, that care. I’m happy to collaborate with other professionals involved in your support network when appropriate and with consent.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services immediately or reach out to an appropriate crisis service in your country (for example, 999 in the UK or 911 in Canada).

The content on this website (including articles, downloads, and resources) is for general information only. I make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee its completeness or suitability for your specific circumstances.

By using this website and engaging in services offered by Compassionate Power Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

For any questions about my scope of practice or professional boundaries, please contact me directly at info@jessokelly.com.
